Job summary

The Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR) is seeking a Manager, Standards to join the Policy, Advocacy and Standards Unit in Sydney. You will report to the Senior Manager, Standards and work at the intersection of healthcare, policy and stakeholder engagement to develop and implement radiology and radiation oncology standards across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in standards, health or equivalent experience.
• Experience implementing standards and quality programs.
• Experience coordinating operational activities, planning and reporting.
• Experience in project coordination, support and QA.
• Ability to coordinate input from multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication in complex situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of assigned standards programs.
• Support committees and clinical experts through project coordination.
• Prepare reviews, reports and consultation responses.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources to inform standards.
• Contribute to evidence-informed advice on radiology standards.
• Monitor policy and sector developments to inform work.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Communicate standards work to members and the community.
• Identify complex issues, risks and opportunities.
• Keep Senior Manager informed of developments.
• Support and develop team members and foster a positive culture.
• Contribute to quality improvement and evaluation.
