Job summary

REA Group is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to own the detection engineering capability within our detection platform. You will shape standards, direction and capability models across data flows, detection requirements, testing and automation, partnering with Product, Platform and Engineering teams.

Day-to-day you’ll lead cross-team initiatives, configure the detection platform, define detection patterns, build automated pipelines, and mentor others while advancing our security posture.

Qualifications

• Ability to define detection engineering architectures, patterns and standards across multiple platforms.
