Zusammenfassung

Hindmarsh in Sydney is seeking an experienced SQE Supervisor to lead safety, quality and environmental outcomes on some of the city's largest health construction projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will implement and monitor the SQEMS on site and support subcontractors to meet requirements.

You will conduct site inspections, audits, inductions and safety meetings, review documentation, and assist with incident investigations and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years' experience in WHS within construction or a related high-risk industry.
• Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent.
• Sound knowledge of WHS legislation, regulations, standards and construction industry requirements.
• Experience using safety management software and MS Office 365 applications.
• Ability to conduct inspections, audits and safety meetings.

• Implementing and monitoring Hindmarsh's SQEMS on site.
• Identifying, assessing and controlling site-based SQE risks and hazards.
• Reviewing subcontractor SQE documentation, SWMS and compliance requirements.
• Conducting site inspections, audits, inductions and safety meetings.
• Supporting incident investigations, reporting, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
