Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an Environment, Quality, Health and Safety (EQS) Lead for Turnkey Projects in Australia. You will oversee EHS standards across project sites, guiding teams and ensuring compliance with Australian regulations, ISO standards, and client specifications.

The role requires expert oversight, project-based problem-solving, and leadership across EHS, Quality, and project management teams. Full working rights in Australia and a relevant Lead Auditor certification are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of practical EHS experience, preferably in energy, transmission or heavy construction.
• Strong knowledge of Australian regulations.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Lead Auditor Certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001).
• White Card
• Safety Certified Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident management lifecycle and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses.
• Develop site-specific EHS plans and monitor compliance.
• Drive EQS strategy, audits, and reporting.
• Lead EQS training and stakeholder engagement.
