Job summary

Hindmarsh is recruiting an SQE Supervisor to help deliver safety, quality and environmental outcomes on Canberra region projects. You will support site teams and subcontractors, implementing the SQEMS and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

5+ years of WHS experience in construction or high-risk industries.
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or higher.
Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and standards.

Responsibilities

Implement Hindmarsh's SQEMS on site and monitor compliance.
Identify, assess and control site-based SQE risks and hazards.
Review subcontractor SQE documentation, SWMS and compliance requirements.
Conduct site inspections, audits, inductions and safety meetings.
Support incident investigations, reporting, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
