Job summary

SCEE Electrical is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead health, safety, environment, quality and risk across projects and operations. This Perth-based corporate role involves governance, audits, investigations and continuous improvement, with travel to sites as required.

You will report to the General Manager Operations and provide functional leadership to project HSE teams nationwide while delivering meaningful HSEQ insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in WHS/OHS.
• Experience implementing integrated management systems (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001).
• Proven capability in risk management, investigations and assurance activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across all levels.
• Current C Class Drivers' Licence; lead auditor qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSEQ governance, assurance and risk management across projects and operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, environment, quality and risk.
• Lead audits, investigations and compliance initiatives.
• Support operational leaders in risk management and HSEQ performance.
• Provide leadership guidance to project HSE teams nationally.
• Deliver HSEQ reports and insights to senior leadership.
• Promote a practical, solutions-focused HSEQ culture.
