Job summary

St Brendan's Catholic Primary School Annandale NSW is seeking a dedicated Sports Teacher to join a Catholic learning community. The role is part-time (0.4 FTE) and temporary, with a start on Thursday, 28 January 2027.

You will deliver a K-6 physical education program, foster student wellbeing, and support inclusive, engaging lessons within the NSW syllabus. Applicants should hold a tertiary Education qualification with NESA accreditation and may pursue Religious Education qualifications.

Qualifications

• Expertise in developing a K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies.
• Strong classroom management and student well-being focus.
• Ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Inspire students through engaging, student-centered sports teaching in a Catholic environment.
• Deliver a NSW K-6 PE program aligned with the curriculum.
• Foster wellbeing and inclusive participation in physical education.
