Job summary

World Vision Australia is seeking an experienced Sponsorship Operations & Fulfilment Lead to strengthen our Child Sponsorship fulfilment model and deliver reliable, scalable supporter experiences. This operational leadership role combines strategy, governance and continuous improvement to ensure every sponsorship journey is delivered with integrity, accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in sponsorship, fulfilment, service operations or a similar environment.
• Strong capability in governance, forecasting, process design, controls and data quality.
• Track record of diagnosing systemic issues and leading large-scale improvements.
• Analytical and planning skills with the ability to turn data into decisions.
• Influence across diverse stakeholders and supplier/service-performance management.
• Tertiary qualifications or professional accreditation desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operating model, standards, controls, service levels and performance; monitor delivery and resolve complex issues.
• Govern Registered Child inventory; plan, forecast, allocate and manage risk; align supply with demand.
• Drive continuous improvement using data and root-cause analysis for initiatives.
• Coordinate dependencies and provide operational expertise across multiple functions and partners.
