Job summary

Better Rehab is seeking a graduate Speech Pathologist to join a clinician‑led program that supports NDIs participants with complex needs. Based in Cockburn, you will deliver client‑centred therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinics, with autonomy and robust supervision from a multidisciplinary team.

You’ll embark on a structured induction, 1:1 supervision, and six months of upskilling, with a dedicated CPD allowance and fully resourced therapy kits.

Qualifications

• Speech Pathology qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027).
• Passion for supporting people with disability.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

The Role

Based in our Cockburn office, you’ll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a varied community caseload, including:

• Language
• Mealtimes & feeding
• Dysphagia
• Aphasia
• AAC

This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces.

You’ll:

• Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
• Build long-term relationships and see real progress
• Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team
