Everyday Independence is looking for Speech Pathologists to deliver life-changing therapy to NDIS participants across diverse settings, including homes, schools and community centres. You’ll join a collaborative team and create tailored therapy plans to help participants achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology required.
• SPA Registration required.
• Positive and flexible approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.
• Valid driver's license.
• NDIS Workers Screening Check required.
• Working with Children Check required.
• Experience with NDIS/disability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in diverse settings including homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces and community centres.
• Develop therapy plans and provide speech pathology to support participants in achieving goals.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants, families and supports.
• Attend weekly team meetings and engage with Team Leader and Therapy Mentor.
