Everyday Independence in Australia is seeking a Speech Pathologist based in Springwood to support NDIS participants across diverse settings. You'll design therapy plans, assess progress, and deliver evidence-based speech pathology services in homes, schools, and community centres.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology.
• SPA Registration.
• Positive and flexible approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.
• Valid driver's license.
• NDIS Workers Screening Check.
• Working with Children Check.
• Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, however not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work in diverse settings: homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces and community centres.
• Create therapy plans and provide life-changing speech pathology to support participants in achieving goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).
• Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub and share progress stories.
• Receive guidance from Team Leader and Therapy Mentor.
