Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking experienced Speech Pathologists to deliver life-changing services to NDIS participants from homes, schools, and community settings. You will develop therapy plans, use evidence-based tools, and work within an interdisciplinary team to help participants achieve goals and optimise funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology.
• SPA Registration is required.
• NDIS/Disability experience preferred but not essential.
• NDIS and child-safety compliance checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech pathology services to NDIS participants across diverse settings (homes, schools, communities).
• Develop therapy plans and use evidence-based measures to support goals and funding.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants, families and support networks.
• Attend weekly team meetings and engage with mentors for guidance.
