Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants. The role can be full-time, with part-time considered, and involves working across homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.

You will develop therapy plans, use evidence-based measures, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support participants in achieving goals and maximizing NDIS funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Speech Pathology (required)
• SPA Registration (required)
• Positive and flexible approach to work
• Strong communication skills and a team player
• Commitment to personal and professional development
• Valid driver’s license
• NDIS Workers Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
• Experience in NDIS/disability preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants.
• Work across diverse settings—homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.
• Create therapy plans using evidence-based assessment tools.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and supports.
• Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub and engage with mentors.
