Job summary

Everyday Independence in Bendigo is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide life-changing services to NDIS participants. The role offers full-time, part-time (4 days per week) or a 9-day fortnight with a supportive team and opportunities for specialization across paediatrics, youth or adult streams.

You will work across homes, schools, playgrounds, and community centres, delivering therapy plans and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to maximize participant outcomes and funding%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology required.
• SPA Registration required or in process.
• Positive and flexible approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and team player.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.
• Valid driver's license and checks (NDIS WC and Working with Children).

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants across diverse settings.
• Develop therapy plans and apply evidence-based assessment methods.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and supports (family, carers, friends).
• Participate in weekly team meetings and supervision.
• Contribute to achieving participant goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
