Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking Speech Pathologists to deliver life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants. This role invites full-time work, with flexible options including part-time (4 days/week) or a 9-day fortnight.

You'll practice across homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres, designing therapy plans and supporting participants to maximize NDIS funding. A strong, supportive interdisciplinary team and ongoing PD opportunities enhance your career

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology is required.
• SPA registration is required.
• Positive and flexible approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and being a team player.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.
• NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children Check required.
• Experience in NDIS/disability is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants.
• Work across diverse settings: homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.
• Create therapy plans using evidence-based assessment tools.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports.
• Attend weekly team meetings and receive supervision and guidance.
