APM Group is seeking a qualified Speech Pathologist to deliver child-focused therapy at our Toowoomba clinic. You will assess, plan, implement and review tailored programs across clinic, home and school settings to support children and families.

You will collaborate with an allied health team, engage families, and contribute to program development, reporting and funding alignment. APM Group supports flexible arrangements and professional growth.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience in solution‑focused therapy and early intervention.
• Understanding and supporting the principles of individualised services including the ability to adapt services to meet individual needs.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with a range of children and families and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Exceptional observational and report writing skills.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and the ability to work autonomously in the community.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and complete assessments appropriate for each client.
• Manage a discipline‑specific caseload, including complex clients, using a case management approach.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and adjust tailored therapy programs aligned to client goals.
• Deliver services across clinic, home, school, and community settings as required.
• Collaborate with allied health team members to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Develop and deliver specialised programs such as group therapy and parent workshops.
