Job summary

LiveBig, part of the Arriba Group, is seeking a Speech Pathologist for Toowoomba & Ipswich. This flexible hybrid role offers work-from-home administrative days and a diverse paediatric and adult caseload across Harristown, White Rock and surrounding communities.

We provide mentoring, onboarding and a quarterly bonus program. Qualified Speech Pathologist with SPA membership is desired, with strong communication skills and a passion for helping people achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech Pathologist with SPA membership.
• Passion for helping people achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Community, disability or NDIS experience desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Current driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assessment and therapy services in homes, schools and community settings.
• Support children and adults with disability.
• Complete reports, recommendations and therapy plans.
• Manage your own schedule with flexibility and autonomy.
