APM Toowoomba clinic is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based therapy for children and families. You will cover assessments, goal-driven programs, and multidisciplinary collaboration in clinic, home, school, and community settings.

You will work within a supportive team, align plans with funding models, and contribute to ongoing professional development while maintaining high standards of privacy and client outcomes.

Formación

• Qualified Speech Pathologist with AHPRA registration.
• SPA registration preferred.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current Driver’s Licence and vehicle.
• Working with Children Check or Working with Vulnerable People.
• National Police Check.
• Accredited First Aid Certificate.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and complete assessments appropriate for each client.
• Manage a discipline-specific caseload with complex clients using a case management approach.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and adjust tailored therapy programs aligned to client goals.
• Deliver services across clinic, home, school and community settings as required.
• Collaborate with allied health team members to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Develop and deliver specialised programs such as group therapy and parent workshops.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality in line with policy and legislation.
• Record treatment notes and reports in PMS within 24 hours of sessions.
