Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking Speech Pathologists to provide life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants in Melton and surrounding suburbs. This role supports full-time, part-time (4 days/week) or a 9-day fortnight, with salary inclusions and vehicle options.

You will work in diverse settings with an interdisciplinary team, delivering therapy plans and maximizing NDIS funding while pursuing professional development within a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology.
• SPA registration.
• Positive and flexible approach to work.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Committed to professional development.
• Valid Australian driver's license.
• NDIS Workers Screening Check and WWCC.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants.
• Work in diverse settings including homes, schools and community centres.
• Create therapy plans using evidence-based assessment.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary health team.
• Build relationships with participants and supports.
