Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking Speech Pathologists to deliver life-changing therapy to NDIS participants across Springwood, Darra and surrounding catchments. Full-time or part-time (4 days) or 9-day fortnight considered, with a salary package inclusive of annual leave loading and extra benefits.

You’ll work in homes, schools, and community settings, supported by a mentoring team and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology required.
• SPA Registration required or in progress.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.
• Valid driver's license required.
• NDIS Workers Screening Check required.
• Working with Children Check required.
• Experience in NDIS/disability sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants.
• Assess and develop therapy plans using evidence-based methods.
• Work across diverse settings: homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces and community centres.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports.
