Job summary

Macmahon is seeking a Training Systems Data Specialist to manage and continuously improve our learning systems, including SuccessFactors LMS, Cloud Assess and SharePoint. Based at our Perth Head Office, you will ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective user support across projects.

You’ll collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver learning solutions and develop dashboards for training and compliance insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience administering the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong understanding of system integrations and data interfaces.
• Knowledge of training and competency frameworks in regulated industries.
• Experience developing dashboards and advanced reports for training/compliance data.
• Mining or similar industry experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and user support for learning systems (SuccessFactors Learning, Cloud Assess, SharePoint).
• Maintain training system data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing and user adoption initiatives.
• Monitor data quality, conduct audits, and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop, review and maintain training documentation and user guides.
• Ensure training content meets ASQA and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct training material mapping and gap analyses for compliance.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver learning solutions.
• Provide training, coaching and reporting support to users and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain digital learning content using SuccessFactors, Cloud Assess, Articulate and related tools.

About the Role

As a Training Systems Data Specialist, you will be responsible for the effective management, administration, and continuous improvement of Macmahon’s learning systems.

• Ensure training content and documentation meet ASQA and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct training material mapping and gap analysis to support compliance and consistency.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions and system outcomes.
• Provide training, coaching, and reporting support to system users and business stakeholders.
• Create and maintain digital learning content using SuccessFactors, Cloud Assess, Articulate, and related tools.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in administering SuccessFactors Lerning Management System (LMS)
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data interfaces
• Knowledge of training and competency frameworks, particularly within regulated industries
• Demonstrated experience in developing dashboards or advance reports and in analysing training and compliance data
• Mining or similar industry experience will be highly desirable.
• Location: Macmahon Head Office – Perth (Near T2)
• Roster: 5:2/Monday to Friday
