Job summary

HammondCare Hammondville is seeking a Casual Registered Nurse to join our residential team. You will provide person-centred care and support the care staff in delivering high-quality dementia care, with a focus on creating a home-like environment.

You must hold current AHPRA registration, ideally 2–3 years in aged care, be flexible for varying shifts including nights and weekends, and be comfortable mentoring staff and using LeeCare for clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Have current AHPRA registration with ideally 2-3 years experience in an Aged Care setting.
• Be flexible and able to commit to a range of shifts including nights & weekends.
• Value teamwork but also be able to work independently and show initiative.
• Have knowledge & experience of people living with Dementia & their needs.
• Have a genuine passion for serving elderly people & you want to make a difference in their lives.
• Possess strong admin and computer skills.
