Job summary

HammondCare Home Care is seeking a Casual Home Care Worker in the Penrith region. You will provide essential, practical care to older people in their own homes, helping them live independently and safely, while building meaningful relationships and companionship.

You will travel to clients’ homes using your own car, with paid travel time and mileage reimbursement. A Certificate III in Aged Care or related qualification is preferred, and comprehensive paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s licence and access to insured car.
• Experience in aged or community care preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to meet changing needs of home care clients.

This includes not only day‐to‐day care but also building meaningful relationships and offering companionship.
