HammondCare is seeking Home Care Workers to join our team in Ulladulla on a part-time or casual basis. You will provide in-home care to help older people live independently, develop meaningful relationships, and support daily living.

Expect travel to clients' homes with miles reimbursed and a mobile phone provided. We value compassionate individuals with care experience or a willingness to train, a valid licence, and reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged or community care, or willingness to start in aged care.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to an insured, reliable car.
• Eligible to work in Australia and meet local requirements.

We do! Join HammondCare as a Home Care Worker and be part of an independent, not-for-profit organisation improving the lives of thousands of older people in need.

HammondCare Home Care is currently looking for Carers to join our team in Ulladulla region on a Part-time or Casual basis.

The applicant must be available for 3 to 5 weekdays either 0700-1500 or 0900 -17 pm ,Monday to Friday

About the role

You’ll provide essential, practical care for older people, supporting them to live independently in their own homes and genuinely improving their quality of life. This includes not only day-to-day care but also building meaningful relationships and offering companionship. The role requires travel to clients’ homes using your own car (you’ll be paid $0.99 per km plus paid travel time).

• $31.95 to $35.44 per hour plus 99c/km + paid travel time + mobile phone provided

About you

• you’re a people-person who is patient and solutions-focused
• you have previous experience in aged or community care, or are looking to start your career in aged care
• you have a valid Driver’s Licence and access to an insured, reliable car (min. Third Party Property Insurance)
• ideally, you’ll have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support. If you’re not currently qualified and would like to be, then we can help
• you’ll be flexible around meeting the changing needs of home care clients
