Job summary

HMPS Propac in Adelaide is seeking a highly organized Spare Parts and Service Coordinator to join our team. This role supports our service operations by coordinating service requests, managing spare parts orders, and ensuring accurate order processing and invoicing.

You will work closely with technicians, stores, and customers to deliver efficient service and high customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have experience in mechanical spare parts, customer service, and administration, including

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, administration, or customer service.
• Solid understanding of mechanical spare parts or technical service environments.
• Experience with ERP systems, sales order processing, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests, technician scheduling, and customer communication.
• Manage end-to-end spare parts supply, from enquiry through to dispatch.
• Raise and manage sales orders for service and parts.
• Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices, ensuring all work is captured.
• Track service jobs through to completion and ensure smooth close-out.
• Support the preparation of quotations and preventative maintenance agreements.
• Liaise with stores, procurement, and finance to ensure alignment across operations.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold strong process discipline.
