Job summary

Kempsey Toyota, a long-standing Mid North Coast Toyota dealership, is seeking an energetic Spare Parts Interpreter to join the Parts & Accessories Department. You will focus on selling parts and accessories to internal and external customers, directing, training and managing resources to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Key duties include stock control, identifying parts, processing orders, reporting sales performance, building customer loyalty, and upholding The Toyota Way.

• Strong working knowledge of the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Align sales activities with the broader business plan.
• Carry out storage and stock control procedures.
• Identify parts and components.
• Receive and fill orders for parts.
• Regular reporting of department’s sales performance against targets with variance and revised projections.
• Build and maintain customer loyalty and support.
• Demonstrate behaviours that align with company policies and The Toyota Way.
