Job summary

RSC Diesels in Cairns is expanding and seeks a PARTS INTERPRETER to join our team. The role requires 3+ years in a similar position, with heavy commercial vehicle exposure considered advantageous.

You will liaise with customers to manage parts demand and ensure smooth processes across retail and workshop. You will plan and manage parts supply, interpret for IVECO, Scania and FIAT, maintain accurate goods records, organise freight timelines, and uphold high service standards with a strong safety

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position (3+ years essential).
• Exposure to the heavy commercial vehicle industry advantageous.
• Proven skills in liaising, organising and managing processes and outcomes with customer base essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage the demand and supply of parts for both our retail clients and our workshop.
• General parts interpreting for our main brands, IVECO, Scania and FIAT and supply into our workshop and over the counter customer sales.
• Maintain accurate recording of goods inward and outward, procuring external & internal parts requirements as needed.
• Freight logistics and timelines for part supply.
• Maintain an organised inventory managing a clean and organised parts store.
• Ability to maintain and improve the company's high service standards together with positive customer communications.
• Excellent safety attitude and processes.
