Job summary

Chemist Warehouse Group is seeking a Planogram Specialist to optimise store layouts and drive sales through effective planogram management. You will update planograms, analyse sales data, and implement changes across stores to enhance the customer shopping experience.

The role requires collaborating with internal teams, delivering insights, and ensuring compliance with company standards. A flexible hybrid arrangement is offered, including some remote work and on-site presence at the Preston area.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and deliver planograms to optimise sales and space use.
• Analyse sales and stock data to improve layout and merchandising performance.
• Test and implement planograms for new products and layout changes.
• Communicate planogram updates and guidance to stores for compliance.
• Prepare reports and insights to support merchandising initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the wider team.
• Ensure work aligns with policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Assist with additional projects and business initiatives as required.
