Job summary

The Langham Sydney is seeking a Casual Spa Therapist to deliver outstanding massage services and warm, personalised client experiences. You will lead by example in a luxury hotel setting, ensuring client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in a similar role, with formal beauty therapy qualifications and a flair for upselling and guest care. Casual shifts and ongoing training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy.
• Outstanding technical skills in massage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and outstanding customer service skills.
• Attention to detail, flexibility and reliability.
• Committed to your profession and focused on connecting with your client.
• High standard of grooming and personal presentation.
• Proactive in terms of re-booking/upselling and retailing.
• Experience in a similar position within an international 5-star hotel or luxury resort is preferred.
• 2-5 years or more experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
