Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Sydney is seeking a Spa Therapist to join our spa team at 161 Elizabeth Street. You will welcome guests, perform massage, body, and skincare treatments, and deliver outstanding service that creates memorable experiences.

You will assess guest needs, recommend products for home use, maintain pristine treatment rooms, and assist with bookings and retail sales. Working part-time, you will be part of a supportive Marriott International family committed to quality,

Responsibilities

• Welcome all guests and explain the Sheraton facilities available.
• Deliver exceptional massage, body, and skincare treatments in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with guests to create memorable experiences and exceed expectations.
• Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate skincare, body care, and wellness products for home use.
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Cover reception and administrative duties, including bookings, guest check-in/check-out, and retail sales, with a strong attention to detail.
• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and company policies.
