Just Spas Penrith is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to join our team. We sell premium Australian-made spas, swim spas, saunas, and urban pools, and we need someone who can sell on quality, not just price.

We are after a results-driven closer who thrives on matching customers with the perfect spa solution and can confidently handle objections while focusing on value, longevity, performance, and warranty advantages. You will work weekends on a rotating roster.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, ideally from furniture, bedding, automotive, electronics, or other big-ticket retail sectors.

Responsibilities

• Sell spas, swim spas, saunas, and urban pools—helping customers improve their lifestyle.
• Convert showroom and online enquiries into sales—in person, by phone, and email.
• Complete general administration tasks, including updating customer records, processing paperwork, and following up enquiries.
• Assist with day-to-day store operations, including stock handling, logistics, customer service, showroom presentation, and general store upkeep.
