Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park is seeking a Spa Manager to lead L.M. Spa, guiding team performance and guest experiences within our luxury wellness sanctuary.

You will oversee daily operations, drive revenue, maintain treatment standards, and coach staff across a seven-day flexible schedule while staying hands-on when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
• Experience leading spa, beauty, wellness or luxury hospitality.
• Strong coaching and people-management skills.
• Commercial experience with budgets, payroll and performance.
• Excellent guest service and communication.
• Calm, organised and solutions-focused leadership.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead L.M. Spa, our wellness sanctuary located within the beautiful Lancemore Mansion Hotel at Werribee Park.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who combines a passion for wellness and exceptional guest experiences with strong people leadership and commercial acumen.

The Role

As Spa Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation and performance of L.M. Spa.

You will:

• Lead, inspire and develop our team of spa and beauty therapists
• Manage recruitment, rostering, labour and team performance
• Drive revenue, profitability, treatment utilisation and retail performance
• Maintain exceptional standards of treatments, presentation and guest care
• Coach the team in service excellence, rebooking, retail and treatment recommendations
• Deliver ongoing training in treatment protocols and product knowledge
• Identify opportunities to grow the spa through packages and collaboration with the wider hotel
• Remain hands-on and perform treatments when required

About You

You will ideally bring:

• A Diploma of Beauty Therapy or relevant professional qualification
• Leadership experience within a spa, beauty, wellness or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong coaching and people-management skills
