Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Sydney is seeking a Finance Analyst & Reporting South Pacific to drive robust financial reporting, governance and business support for our South Pacific markets. You will consolidate results, partner with local teams, and provide insights to inform regional strategy.

The role focuses on end-to-end financial analysis, monthly closures, and developing automated templates and dashboards to streamline month-end publishing and reporting cycles.

Qualifications

• University degree is required.
• CA or CPA qualifications (or in progress) preferred.
• 2-3 years of commercial FMCG experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis across South Pacific markets.
• Partner with country managers to translate market dynamics into quarterly forecasts and budgets.
• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting schedules and prepare consolidated packages.
• Identify process improvements to harmonise reporting and automate dashboards.
