Job summary

Lactalis Brisbane is seeking a Finance Systems and Reporting Analyst to deliver precise financial reporting across the Finance function. You will lead SAP testing, optimisation, and automation initiatives while coordinating with IT and offshore Shared Services teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and experience across Invoice to Pay and Order to Cash processes within FMCG or complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar finance systems, reporting, accounting or business process role.
• Advanced SAP capability with finance modules and testing.
• Advanced Excel skills for data modelling and analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools for dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting across the Finance function.
• Lead SAP system testing, configuration and reporting changes.
• Drive process improvement, automation and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects between Finance, IT and offshore Shared Services.
• Develop dashboards and reporting packs for management.
