Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Sydney is seeking a Finance Analyst & Reporting South Pacific to drive financial reporting rigor, governance, and business partnering across the region. You will combine robust reporting with commercial support to enable market strategies across diverse island economies.

The role requires a university degree, CA/CPA qualifications, 2–3 years FMCG experience, and proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Google Suite.

Qualifications

University degree.
CA or CPA qualifications (or in progress).
2–3 years commercial experience (preferably FMCG).
SAP experience.
Experience with Google suite of products and Excel.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis across key South Pacific countries.
Partner with local country managers to translate regional market dynamics into accurate quarterly forecasts and annual budgets (CSiP).
Own the month end, quarter end, and year end reporting schedules (MRE budget LE).
Prepare consolidated financial packages, management reports, and variance commentary for division and local leadership team.
Complete sales growth analysis for the hub.
Identify and implement process improvements to harmonise reporting frameworks across different country business units.
With AI, drive automation in core reporting templates and financial dashboards to accelerate publishing month end results.
Execute ad-hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and bundle tracking as required to support the business.
