Colgate-Palmolive in Sydney is seeking a Procurement Services Specialist to support and partner with Senior Manager, Commercial Procurement, and Procurement Manager across Marketing, Professional, and IT Services spend. The role focuses on end-to-end category strategies, spend analysis, negotiations, and supplier relationship management across South Pacific regions.

Qualifications

5-8 years procurement experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of managing the RFx process end-to-end, with strong project management skills.
Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work with autonomy.
Customer-focused with influencing, negotiating, and prioritising under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Develop and support South Pacific Services Procurement Category strategy aligning with global and regional plans.
Collaborate with local, regional, and global procurement networks to roll out initiatives.
Support annual procurement planning including cost of sales and budget reviews.
Lead or support RFx processes and negotiations in-country and regionally as required.
Contribute to supplier consolidation and category cost optimization.
Provide supplier development and cross-functional reviews to drive value.
