Job summary

Lactalis Australia seeks a Finance Systems and Reporting Analyst in Brisbane to deliver accurate financial reporting and lead SAP testing. You’ll optimise processes, automate where possible, and partner with IT and Shared Services to ensure timely service delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a strong finance background, advanced SAP and Excel skills, and experienced in FMCG or multi-site environments, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance systems, reporting, accounting or business process roles.
• Advanced SAP capability with finance module experience.
• Advanced Excel skills for data modelling and financial analysis.
• Working knowledge of Power BI or similar tools for dashboards.
• Understanding of Invoice to Pay and Order to Cash processes.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or multi-site environments.
• Experience with data extraction, validation and reconciliation.
• Experience in system testing, process documentation and automation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely reporting across the Finance function.
• Lead SAP testing for configuration, process and reporting changes.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies impacting financial reporting.
• Act as Finance Business Process Owner for relevant systems and processes.
• Represent Finance in cross-functional projects with IT and offshore teams.
• Coordinate testing and improvements across SAP systems.
• Drive automation initiatives across Invoice to Pay and Order to Cash.
• Provide user training and knowledge transfer support.
• Support timely issue resolution and service delivery.
