The Sporting Globe in Melbourne is seeking a driven Sous Chef to lead our culinary team and back up the Head Chef during busy services.

You will oversee daily operations, manage prep schedules, and mentor the BOH crew to deliver consistent, high-quality plates that reflect our brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Leadership, communication and time management skills.
• Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery.
