The Sporting Globe Bar & Grill in Brisbane is seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to lead our culinary team and back up the Head Chef during fast-paced service.

You'll drive quality, lead the BOH, manage prep and inventory, and deliver game-winning plates with consistency. This role offers performance incentives, venue discounts, and clear opportunities for career progression within our growing hospitality group.

Formación

• Experience as Sous Chef in fast-paced kitchen.
• Proven leadership and team coordination.
