Job summary

Jetty Beach House Coffs Harbour is seeking an experienced Sous Chef and qualified chefs to join our team. Our ocean-front space hosts bistro dining, weddings, conferences and live events, offering diverse culinary challenges.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in similar roles, strong leadership, and a passion for high-quality meals. Sponsorship options available for the right person as part of our expanding hospitality group along the NSW coast.

• Help develop inspiring menus for our bistro restaurant and our events packages.
• Assist recruiting new talent and build on the existing team.
• Develop a positive working environment.
• Lead and manage the kitchen team while working within KPI's.
• Manage food quality, portion control and presentation.
• Oversee the execution of bistro service.
• Manage all planning and execution of our regular functions and events.

Our versatile space, atop of the ocean offers a dynamic array of services; from the bistro restaurant, to frequent weddings, conferences, functions and live music events.

An attractive remuneration will ensure your efforts are proportionally rewarded.The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in similar roles.

Our ever expanding hospitality group comprises an array of renowned venues, including fine and casual dining, located in Noosa Heads, Ballina, Brisbane and Byron Bay.
