Job description

A kitchen leader with a feel for big occasions is wanted on the New South Wales coast. This oceanfront venue in Coffs Harbour belongs to a hospitality group that keeps adding venues, with fine dining and casual dining sites across Queensland and New South Wales, and it is hiring an experienced Sous Chef while also taking on qualified chefs.

The building does a lot. Alongside its bistro restaurant it regularly hosts weddings and conferences, plus private functions and live music nights, so the kitchen moves between à la carte service and large event menus. Applicants should bring 2+ years' experience in a comparable position.
