Babylon Sydney is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to lead a high-volume service and maintain top food standards.

We specialise in contemporary Middle Eastern-inspired cuisine with an Australian influence, and you’ll play a hands-on role in training, coordinating and motivating a skilled kitchen team to deliver exceptional dishes. We’re all about high-volume contemporary Middle Eastern-inspired cuisine with an Australian influence, and we’re looking for a hands‑on chef who can lead a team, keep service running smoothly and maintain consistently high food standards.

About the role

Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll help lead the kitchen team across busy services while ensuring food quality, presentation and kitchen standards are consistently maintained.
