Job summary

Cooly Breeze Rooftop, a Mediterranean fine dining restaurant located on the Gold Coast, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to work closely with the Executive Chef. The role focuses on pans, grill, section management, stock control and overall kitchen operations.

You will lead your section, contribute to menu planning, and uphold high standards of food quality, presentation and safety in a fast-paced environment with a rooftop view.

Cooly Breeze Rooftop is a Mediterranean fine dining restaurant and bar located on Level 13 of Beachcomber International Resort in Coolangatta, with stunning ocean views.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our team and work closely with our Executive Chef.

This is a hands-on role focused on pans, grill, section management, stock control and kitchen operations.
