THE TRUSTEE FOR THE GRAMPIANS TRUST in Wollongong NSW invites a creative Chef to join a busy venue offering bistro style and full menu dining. You’ll run the kitchen when the Head Chef is away and work closely with the team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes. We value a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in detail.

Qualificações

• Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills.
• Can produce consistent quality in a busy kitchen.
• Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude and own traditional uniform and knives.
• Have experience in quality a la carte dining and keen eye for detail.
• Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions.

Responsabilidades

You’ll work alongside the Head chef and be required to run the kitchen regularly on their days off. The venue is a busy and vibrant Venue, which serves bistro style food plus full menu. This is a creative role and provides the right candidate the opportunity to work within an excellent team.
