Job summary

Atlas People is seeking a creative Chef to join a busy, vibrant venue in regional New South Wales. You will work with the Head Chef and run the kitchen on their days off, delivering creative Bistro-style dishes and maintaining high standards.

The role offers transport, accommodation, and meals on shift, with ongoing career progression through Atlas People. Applicants must have trade qualification and at least three years’ experience in quality dining.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified with three or more years’ experience
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
• Ability to produce consistent quality
• Positive and ‘can do’ attitude
• Own traditional uniform and knives
• Experience in quality a la carte dining
• Keen eye with high attention to detail
• Willing to assist with menu planning and suggestions

Responsibilities
