Love, Tilly Devine & Dear Sainte Eloise in Sydney’s Potts Point and Darlinghurst are seeking a Section Waiter / Sommelier to deliver warm, confident service across two iconic venues. You’ll blend hospitality with developing wine knowledge in a lively, people-focused team environment.

Responsibilities include elegant table service, thoughtful wine recommendations, and collaboration with staff to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Has at least 2 years' experience in a similar restaurant, wine bar or hospitality environment.
• Has valid working rights in Australia.
• Is available to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Run your own section confidently and efficiently.
• Welcome guests and create a warm, personal experience.
• Provide thoughtful food and wine recommendations.
• Deliver professional table and wine service.
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with opening and closing the venue.
• Continue developing wine knowledge and service skills.
• Participate in regular wine tastings and team education.
• Hold a current NSW RSA.
