Noẽma, Lucas Collective's new Mediterranean dining concept opening in Melbourne’s CBD, is seeking passionate sommeliers to join the opening team. You’ll focus on wine service, cellar management and memorable guest experiences, working with Loïc Avril and Yuki Hirose to lead the group’s wine programs.

Full-time and casual opportunities available. Ideal candidates bring sommelier experience in premium dining, a deep wine knowledge, strong guest service skills and a proactive, high-pressure service

Competenze

• Previous experience as a Sommelier or Junior Sommelier in a quality or premium dining environment.
• Genuine passion for wine and hospitality.
• Exceptional guest service and wine presentation skills.
• Strong communication, organisation and time management.
• Knowledge of cellar, stock and inventory management.
• WSET or similar qualification highly regarded.
• Victorian RSA certificate.
• Full-time availability, including weekends, public holidays and opening/closing shifts.
