Zusammenfassung

Wishbone, the Melbourne opening concept from Lucas Collective, is seeking Sommeliers to join Noẽma’s launch team in Melbourne’s CBD. This hands-on role centers on exceptional wine service, cellar management and crafting memorable guest experiences.

You’ll work with Loïc Avril and Yuki Hirose, Group Head Sommelier, to shape the group’s wine programs from day one. Full-time and casual opportunities are available.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Sommelier or Junior Sommelier in a quality or premium dining environment.
• Genuine passion for wine and hospitality.
• Exceptional guest service and wine presentation skills.
• Strong communication, organisation and time management.
• Knowledge of cellar, stock and inventory management.
• WSET or similar qualification highly regarded
• Victorian RSA certificate
• Full-time availability, including weekends, public holidays and opening/closing shifts
