Job summary

Ten Minutes by Tractor on the Mornington Peninsula offers two-hatted dining with internationally acclaimed wines. We’re seeking experienced floor professionals to join us as Sommeliers, Assistant Sommeliers or Section Waiters, with permanent full-time or casual roles.

Qualifications

• Two-hat or Michelin-level fine dining experience.
• Strong knowledge of wine and food pairings.
• RSA required; WSET Level 2 or higher strongly regarded.
• Full Australian work rights; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver polished service with warmth and professionalism.
• Communicate detailed knowledge of the menu, wine list and winery story.
• Support colleagues to maintain two-hat standards across service.
• Participate in daily briefings, tastings and ongoing training.
• Represent the Ten Minutes by Tractor brand with passion and integrity.
