Reine & La Rue, a two-hatted modern French restaurant in Melbourne's Stock Exchange building, seeks Trade Waiters, Wine Waiters and Sommeliers to join its team. This permanent, full-time role offers rosters aligned with peak service and opportunities to grow within edition Hospitality.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualification or 12–24 months' experience, strong wine knowledge, and excellent guest communication. RSA certificate is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, ideally 12–24 months.
• Strong food, beverage and wine knowledge.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.
• Current Victorian RSA certificate (required).
